Rohto Mentholatum - OXY 5 Acne-Pimple Medication

Highly recommend. I used this for my pimples and getting much better.

This is a spot treatment, so apply only to the acne directly. This is very effective but drying so I recommend to use it every other day and only at night.

Great at drying down pimples and killing the bacterias that cause acne. I've used this for months along side snail-mucin-based products** and apart from the occasional pimples, my skin has been cleared from acne for the past couple of months and I was able to go from one application every other day to one every 5-ish days as a result.

Benzoyl peroxide can be irritating so go slow if you want to incorporate it in your routine.

I started using it once a week and gradually increased the frequency. I also always apply it after my moisturiser in the evening so it doesn't penetrate my skin full force and irritate me. I wash it off the following morning with a gentle milk cleanser.

Something else to be aware of: benzoyl peroxide bleaches hair and textiles.

* Benton Snail Bee high content skin toner

This product is perfect for short contact therapy to fight inflamed breakouts. I leave it on for 10-15 minutes, then rinse it off. The texture is really thin and it absorbs quickly. 5 percent is enough strenght for people with sensitive skin like me who struggle with hormonal breakouts once a month or so. But beware! Benzoyl Peroxide bleaches your towels and clothes when getting in contact with it. Handle with care.

Oxy 5 formula is pretty strong. My skin is sensitive, I had some strong redness in the area of application. But since I use it only for single and rare breakouts, it's a side effect I can go along with. It eliminates acne in a couple of days, and so far I find this formula the most efficient.

I’d been meaning to get the 10% one but given that it was out of stock at the time, I figured I’d try this one out. I wasn’t disappointed as it privé to be quite a efficient at keeping breakouts at bay and significantly reduce the size of the existing ones. It has a medicine-like scent that doesn’t linger much, a light weight gel-like texture that pénétrâtes the skin effortlessly and doesn’t leave any residue. shins if worked into the skin properly. Highly recommend.

My son use this OXY5, the pimples one the forehead getting much better.

It clears pimples within 1-2 days. Works better on white pimples. It can be very irritating, so be careful if you have sensitive skin. My skin isn't that sensitive, so it's perfect for me.
*It says that it's colorless and invisible on your skin, but actually it's white, so you won't be able to go out with this on your face. Still good to use at night though!

I was on the look out for a better spot treatment and came across this one. I got the 5% one but I also heard that YesStyle sells the 10% one too. I decided to opt for the 5% since I know I have sneusitive skin. I used it on my acne, the ones with a white head and surprisingly it became smaller the next day. the spot treatment is white and it does dry clear but you can still see it in your skin so I don’t advise going out with it. It also tingles a bit when I put it on.

I have combination skin and when I put this on my pimples at night, I wake up and they are mostly flat and almost gone! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
