Lo mejor es disolverlo en agua pues no es como otros sticks qué se deshacen en la boca, es lo único que no me gustó. Pero me han ayudado mucho, usualmente tengo "tránsito lento" y esto me ha ayudado bastante. Hay días en los que amanezco Super desinflamada.
