Why are some products marked "Ship from UK"?

Products marked "✈️From UK" or "Ship From UK" may be stocked in our United Kingdom warehouse. If you are in the United Kingdom and our UK warehouse has available stock, these items can be shipped to you at a reduced shipping cost.

Estimated shipping time from our United Kingdom warehouse to eligible UK locations is around 1-3 business days.

Is it cheaper to ship products from your United Kingdom warehouse or your Hong Kong warehouse?

It is relatively cheaper to ship from our United Kingdom warehouse to UK locations, as international shipping fees would not apply.

Can I ask that all my ordered products be shipped from only the United Kingdom warehouse?

Currently only selected products, marked with the "✈ From UK" or "Ship From UK" icon on their product pages, are eligible for shipment from our United Kingdom warehouse. You can find a list of eligible products by filtering the product list using the "Ship From UK" filter.

Is the stock quantity number (e.g., "10 LEFT") on the product page of items marked "Local Express" an accurate indicator of stock in the United Kingdom warehouse?

While the stock quantity number is a fairly accurate measure of stock in our United Kingdom warehouse, please keep in mind that stock levels can fluctuate due to various factors. Stock will only be reserved after payment has been received and verified, so it is possible for stock levels to change while your payment is processing. If you have any concerns about this matter, please let us know.

Why do I see two shipping fees when I check out?

Your shopping bag may contain items that are in stock in both our Hong Kong and United Kingdom warehouses. You can choose which warehouse you would like your products to be shipped from, and shipping fees will be calculated depending on your selection. Also, some products may only be shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse

During checkout, I selected the United Kingdom warehouse for my shipment and saw that the free gift will be shipped separately from the Hong Kong warehouse. Why is that?

Free gifts are only available for shipment from our Hong Kong warehouse so an order containing a free gift will automatically be split into shipments from both the United Kingdom and Hong Kong warehouses. If you still wish to obtain your free gift, you must pay for the shipping fee based on the weight of the free gift. The total shipping fee for your entire order will be shown during checkout.

When I placed my order, stock was indicated as available at the United Kingdom warehouse, but after my payment was processed, some of my ordered quantity was no longer available. What happened?

Stock will only be reserved after payment has been received and verified, so it is possible for stock levels to change while your payment is processing.

Why does my order information include two tracking numbers?

If your order contains products from both our United Kingdom and Hong Kong warehouses, it will be split into two shipments, each having its own unique tracking number.

Do I need to pay VAT when ordering items from your UK or EU warehouse?

VAT (Value-Added Tax) is applicable when ordering from both our UK and EU warehouses. VAT is collected during the checkout process, and must be paid when placing the order. For orders shipping to the UK from our UK warehouse, a 20% VAT will be charged (EU warehouse cannot ship to the UK). At the same time, for orders shipping to Germany from our EU warehouse, a 19% VAT will be charged (UK warehouse cannot ship to Germany). For orders shipping to other EU territories (excluding Germany), you must provide a valid VAT/EORI number and are responsible for any customs taxes or fees applied to your order.
