1. Wet your nose and area around your nose with a generous amount of water, and remove the transparent film apply it on your nose. 2. Apply the round contoured section in the middle of the pack to the tip of nose. Stick pack closely onto skin and let it dry. 3. Wait for 10-15 minutes. After checking dryness, remove dried pack slowly from the edges. |

I used a biore strip two days ago, these arrived in the mail (much earlier than the estimated arrival date!) so decided to use one only nose and holy wow do they work! Completely unclogged my pores and removed crap that was leftover even after using a biore strip. Highly recommend to all!
