AgnesLove utJuly 10, 2024This Shiseido lip balm is the best lip product I have used in a while. It has spf18 PA+ and it moisturizes lips all day. I used this at night at around 10pm. This has last until 10am the next day. It is unscented and it burned initially after putting it on because my lips were dry. This product does contain menthol which is an alcohol that can possibly dry out your skin, but this product keeps it moisturized. It is safe to say the alcohol allows the products that are lower on the list to penetrate more. It also contains hyaluronic acid which is probably why it's called water in lip.
