I haven’t tried putting makeup on it so I’m not sure about the performance but I love how my lips feel when I have this on and after. I will be the cherry blossom version for spring 💖

But this one is really hydrating and left my lips softer and more supple. I can even use it as a lip mask by applying a thick layer before bed to wake up to soft, plump lips!
