Euro89Don't get the hypeOctober 27, 2018It soft and good but more often than not those pads left little cotton pieces behind. If you use the pads how instructed (printed on the packaging), the pads don't leave those little pieces behind as often. So it's definitely not a bad product, but I did not enjoy using them. They just weren't for me because of those little pieces and I prefer even regular pads over them. My favorite ones are also by Shiseido, but their edges are not "open" (their wrapped and pressed together, difficult to explain for me...) like these ones were so I do not get those pieces on my face.
