Pyunkang Yul - Balancing Gel 60ml (Tube Type)

It’s so unique! Such an interesting texture. I use it like a ‘gel patch mask’ in a tube. I put it where I’d put a those under eye patches and on my forehead. I usually don’t do around my smile lines because that will get wiped off too quick by my pillow. I also use it like a ‘glue’ when I do use a forehead wrinkle patch. They say you shouldn’t use skincare under those but I still do and I just put this on to give my skin back some tackiness. So many uses! And of course you can just use it all over the face as recommended. But when my skin barrier is already great I’ve found these other special uses for it.

This product has a sticky texture. I find it interesting. After I cleanse my skin and put on my essence. I will put it on as my last step. The balancing gel is like the moisture ampoule. I like that it is small so you can travel easily with it and it doesn't take much room in your bag.

I don’t think this product is hard to apply. If you rub it on it might break apart a little bit, but if you keep rubbing it in it applies nice and evenly. You can also tap the product in if you do not like the feeling of the product temporarily pilling on your skin. It does not pill under makeup or with other products.

J’aime ce gel d’amour !!!! ça faisait longtemps que je voulais l’essayer et je ne regrette pas de m’être laissée tenter. Il faut évidemment prendre le coup de main pour l’appliquer (la texture est un peu déroutante de prime abord mais non grasse) et au final une petite quantité suffit pour tout le visage. En application de nuit pour ma part, je me réveille tous les matins avec un visage de poupée hydraté et une bonne mine et je peux constater que le produit a bien pénétré la peau mais est encore présent tel une barrière cutanée, ce qui est appréciable.

A unique product that works beautifully over many other products/lines as a final, sealing in layer, a bit like slugging [Day time slug??] Beautiful over your moisturising layers, under sunscreen, it lengthens the 'freshly moisturised' feel and finish, it really does! It's true that the texture is unexpectedly tacky and should be patted on. I put a dose onto my palm, spread/mix/warm it between my hands, so it feels smoother and ready to apply and then pat it quickly all over my skin which works well. I wait just a moment and then apply sunscreen. This product is so good that I am scared it might be discontinued – I am planning to STOCK UP !

au premier abord ce gel a une consistance collante j’ai même crue m’être trompée et avoir acheté un nettoyant. Au final il faut tapoter la matière sur le visage. ce gel s’avère excellent pour ma peau sèche et réactive. hydratation qui tient sa promesse.

I have long been a fan of the watery essence toner and I was recommended this product for sealing in all the goodies of my skincare a couple of times a week. The texture does take some getting used to and I had to watch a couple of how to videos to get it down. It dries down really fast and I have actually used it under my sunscreen during the day which has helped my skin not be as shiny. No irritation and works great with products that contain HA since that ingredient needs to be sealed in.
