    this cleaned my brushes SO well. i didnt even know how much gunk was in here before i cleaned them with this and some micellar water.

    sillicone is squishy so it's not the best material for something you want to swish a brush around in but it works!

    From the promotional photos I thought there would be three pieces: the silicone base, black sponge and silicone lid with textured surface for washing the brushes. But the textured silicone surface is actually on the bottom of the base, which holds the sponge. The design is not very practical in terms of keeping it clean during storage.
