ONE THING - Moisturizing Lip Essence

Gonna come back for more. This lip balm leaves my lips so hydrated and the product lasts a long time. Would highly recommend!

This is a good basic lip balm. No color, no smell. It's kind of like vaseline but not too sticky or oily. It keeps my lips moisturized.

Originally only got it because it had a really good sale on it but it has me looking for a more affordable dupe now because I love it. I try not to go through it so quickly by only using at night, but the tube is starting to run low and idk what I’m going to do when I run without a backup. I just might spend the extra dollars on it if I don’t find a cheaper dupe soon. The formula sinks into the skin nicely, moisturizing without being overly glossy/greasy or being too think, and love the applicator, to control how much product comes out. Though sometimes I squeeze the tube too hard and there’s nothing else to do with the extra product besides try to use it lol.

It felt as Hailey Bieber's Rhode lip balm, just way more times cheaper, an this size goes a long way. will repurchase!

So I bought this bc I've been looking for a lip balm that'll hydrate my dry lips + not irritate them like 99% of products I've tried. Idk why but my lips just get irritated easily, even w/ products that are widely loved. I got the Torriden Solid In lip balm too & tried it first - thought I loved it but after a few days it caused a rough feeling on my lips like other ones I've tried (like the rhode peptide balm) so that sucked :/

That lowered my expectations for this bc I thought I found a new holy grail lip balm w/ the Torriden one until my lips decided they hated it lol. But after a couple weeks of using this one, I can confidently say I love it!

Idk if I'd consider it a holy grail, but as someone who literally only uses Aquaphor & has been looking for a balm for years, I'm happy I found this one.

It's unscented, which I'm sure some people love. I don't mind it but it'd be cool if they came out w/ scents in the future too! The texture is not gloopy/thick/sticky & actually feels pretty similar to Aquaphor/Vaseline. It has a slickness, but not so slippery that it'll travel outside of lip lines, still providing a cushiony layer of moisture.

For longevity, I feel like lip products fade quickly on my lips in general (even Aquaphor) & I'm used to reapplying often so I can't say if it's just me, but either way I don't mind that it doesn't last for that long on me.

The packaging is sleek & simple. I will say the hole where the product comes out has a small bump, so it's not completely smooth & I can feel the bump on my lips when I use it but it's not sharp or anything so it won't prevent me from using it - just a little thing I wish was spotted before being sold. I'm sure it was just a small issue that they didn't catch & it's not the end of the world, it won't stop me from repurchasing. I just hope my next one doesn't have that issue & it was a one-time error.

Overall I love it. It's nothing fancy & just a plain/simple balm that works for me, which is why it reminds me of Aquaphor. I do love scents, colors, etc, but this is like a utility product that does the heavy lifting & moisturizes my dry lips & just gets the job done, so there's definitely a space for this in my collection & definitely my go-to lip balm unless I find something better. If you want something flashy or fun then you might find this boring, but if you're looking for something neat & simple that hydrates & feels comfortable & not sticky, light but still moisturizing, then I'd give this one a try!
