I definitely feel and see a difference. this super concentrated toner is now my go to in my routine along with the other herbal toners in one things catalog. (just don't put this toner on a toner pad and let it dry out as it kinda smells like fish) but when layered there is no bad smell. Will be repurchasingggg!!
