After washing the face, apply an adequate amount of medicube PDRN Booster Gel to the using area. 2. Press the button on the LCD bottom for 3 seconds to get the power on. 3. Choose the level by pressing the same button shortly. 4. Adhere the head to the skin tightly, and press the shot button to start the session. 5. Another press of a shot button will pause the session, and the gap between can be changed by pressing the shot button for 2 seconds. (1Hz:n 1 shot a second; 2Hz: 2 shot a second (default)) 6. It is recommended to use once a week, and 600-1200 shots per use. After 600 shots, LCD will show the waiting display mode and it will automatically shut off unless there is any press. To start another session once more, press the power button shortly. 7. Do not stay in the same area for a long time, keep moving while using. 8. Please start with level 1, and find the right level for the skin. 9. In general, I believe a lot in this company and my skin has changed since I started using the devices in combination with the care products they have! I had seen the negative comments on Yesstyle about this device that it doesn't charge and I was afraid for mine too, but I ordered it anyway.
I was very upset when I received the device because I realized that my device was not charging either, but I finally made a MISTAKE, I contacted yesstyle, but because they were taking too long to respond, I decided to contact the MEDICUBE company itself. The response was immediate, almost after 2 hours, they explained to me that the device takes 3- 4 hours to fully charge and the circle turns green, during this entire time, the circle remains empty and red, So I decided to leave it on charge and forget about it. And suddenly after 4 hours the cycle was GREEN!!! I am so happy that they decided to contact MEDICUBE, if I hadn't contacted them I would have thought I had a defective device... But it's not like that, I hope this comment is read by those who have the same problem as me because your device is probably not broken!!!
***I have to say that I am very disappointed with the service of yesstyle... although I am a gold member i received a response after several days that they are sorry for the inconvenience and that they are processing my case. Even now almost 15-20 days have passed no one has contacted me!!!
While the company MEDICUBE sent me a message to see if my problem was solved and to inform me that if my problem continues and I do not find a solution through yes style, I should contact them to help me!!! Well done MEDICUBE!!!! -
HadeelIt workssssssss!March 8, 2025The device arrived in less than 10 business days & it works. You need to charge it for 5 hours as per written in the guide, it takes too long to charge but it is easy to connect to the app & easy to use. I am using it with the PDRN gel.
I have only done one session and i already see a result… beyond grateful & excited😍😍 -

I want to install the Age-R App to try all the possibilities. The first time without the App I can only choose a level and shot interval. Have used it with Medicube PDRN booster gel on the low level. Hope to see a result on my sensitive skin after using it.

kscope99...ExcellentFebruary 26, 2025Have had it for 2 weeks and it's been working well. At first was afraid that I had the same issue others have mentioned. It came with the battery completely drained. No difference in the charge indicator after about 4 hrs. Wouldn't turn on. I tested the usb cord that came with it by plugging something else in with it and found the actual cord didn't work/wasn't charging anything. So I retried charging with one of my other cables. It stayed on the single red bar without blinking or anything for a really long time and then suddenly it just turned to fully charged without any progress updating in between. Now when I charge it it seems normal where it shows partial charges and shows the progress throughout charging. That first time charging was weird though, wonder if it's caused by the battery being completely empty. Anyways, I've been enjoying it now. No noticeable difference in my skin yet but I can feel the heat and pulses when using it.

Al final lo puse a cargar, tardó un poco( como 2/3h en ponerse en verde)
Lo probé con una mascarilla textura gel de Abib y todo perfe, el nivel 1, que es con el que debes empezar ya se notaba, tienes que asegurarte que hay bastante producto , y que el cabezal está totalmente en contacto para que deslice bien y no te haga daño.
Justo después de acabar si se nota UN POCO el efecto pero lo que de verdad importa es el efecto acumulativo (por el que aún no puedo opinar porque me acaba de llegar) -
