LilahReplaced Cosrx 🐌October 19, 2024I had been using the Cosrx snail mucin since I discovered K beauty a few years ago and have loved it like so many others. I recently discovered Seoul 1988's version which includes three types of rice extracts (including fermented). Rice is an ingredient I love for my skin so I knew I had to try this once my Cosrx ran out.
While the texture is the same as the Cosrx (no real surprise) I have found that it absorbs maybe a little better and definitely gives my skin a deeper lit-from-within glow, rather than just shine/faux glow from the product. The rice ingredients really benefit snail mucin beautifully and its safe to say that I am now a convert to Seoul 1988 (sorry Cosrx! thank you for opening up the world of KBeauty to me 🫶🏻)
Also love this note (see pic) to reassure us that the snails are happy and cared for 🐌 🐌 🐌 💕 -

it is more hydrating and it contains rice which can help with fine lines

Ha la consistenza unica della bava di lumaca e gli effetti illuminanti del riso, è una combinazione che non si vede spesso e lo sto apprezzando davvero tanto!
