Bien penser à les coller SUR le vêtements et non pas directement sur la peau car l'adhésif est très fort et risquerait de vous arracher la peau. La chaleur dure vraiment longtemps, plusieurs heures durant. Je ne m'en passe plus!

BabsyGreat ProductApril 4, 2019I bought this for my sister, but when i found out that my sister was pregnant and could not use such products, my parents asked me to give this to them instead. They absolutely love this kind of heat patch! They are both over 60 and swear by these things to aleviate body aches.
