these patches are good. I used them cause I have a heat and cold deregulation so it helps me a lot when I feel the heat.

I live in a desert climate with extreme temperatures, plus I regularly run warm due to anxiety/stress, so these cooling patches are such a relief to me! They adhere reasonably well and aren’t irritating to the skin, and the cooling effect is comfortable without being too chilly.

I ordered the big size immediately after trying this one for the first time- it works well for when you have a normal headache or migraine up to a higher fever.
it works 10x better than a wet cloth as it stays put for a long time, cools the whole night and doesn’t make a mess.

there’s no residue on your forehead, you don’t need to worry about it ripping out your hair (you can put this over your eyebrows as well) and you can even remove and re-apply it if necessary.

it smells a little plasticy, however the scent doesn’t really linger.

genuinely brings a huge relief when you’re sick! 10/10

Such a pity those patches are not sold in European stores - here we still use wet old towels:-( These patches are great if you have a fever or a headache: the cooling effect is long lasting, the patch stays in place so you can sleep with it. Removes easily and leaves no marks on the skin - perfect!

I had bought this after watching a japanese drama where the main lead used this. It was supposed to help with headaches and reduce fever. As a student, I always get excessive headaches from studying too much so this looked ideal for me. To my surprise, it did work! With it's cooling affect I could feel my stress go down and can see why this works well as a fever reducer. It's refreshing. However, it does have a bit of a smell and I had to shower to get the smell of of my face.
