I feel realy tared every evening. I actually really love lavender in any form! But I also tried different foot pads. I have been using foot pads for many years. Tried different manufacturers. I prefer this manufacturer and brand. Foot pads help me to relieve leg swelling at home. It is also an effective means of preventing sweating of the feet (if you have a crazy rhythm during the day, you will understand me exactly). So I RECOMMEND!!!!!
