Already ordered a couple more. They're incredibly helpful with relieving pain and I have yet to find something similar to this. Combined with painkillers I don't have to fear period anymore!! They last about 5 hours on "full heat" and then maybe an hour more of slight warmth.

these are so helpful for when I’m on my period. I usually use these at night when I get really bad cramps and they help me to sleep. they don’t feel too hot but are warm enough to provide relief and they last around four hours for me
