these are nice and cooling I use them on my feet. the only downside they don’t stick too much so over night they stuck to the sheets.

I didn’t know exactly what to do with it when I got it but it really helps with tired legs. The only problem is that you have 3 bags with 6 patches, so, you must use two at once which might not be what you want. I wish each patch was packed separately.

The cooling effect feels good and helps with my aches temporarily, I just wish it stuck on a little better, I noticed it falling off if I moved around too much.

I saw this and wanted to try it out since I'm on my feet a lot. Nothing special, a regular muscle pain patch will do good.

I purchased this because my calves usually aches. I like how it felt on my legs, but it wasn't sticky enough. It kept falling off throughout the night, so i can't really judge if the product worked or not since it didn't stick to my calves for long enough.
