BrieGreat for a lip baseSeptember 19, 2024I typically use this as a lip base before I put on my lip liner and it works great. it makes the lip liner more blendable and applies smoother. It does change color like a light red, but I don’t really use it for that. Also, I love the packaging and it feels so smooth on the lips, the gloss.
