karla514 🍎December 28, 2024i bought this because of the packaging—it just gives fall, downtown girl, and beabadoobee vibes. the color is supposed to be a cool-winter muted red. but irl it’s a saturated warm-tone orange-pink that somehow feels both warm and cool (but leans more cool because of how intense the color payoff is). i swatched it on my hand first and when i applied it to my lips, it was so smooth i was actually shocked. as a warm tone, though, the coolness is def showing through, so here's a hack: i layered a warm-tone nude shade melting balm on top to tone down the saturation and make it more warm. it's pretty by itself too, but a little trickier for us warm-tones :)
