This sunscreen is truly a pinnacle of human engineering. As someone with oily acne prone skin, sunscreen is the least favorite thing to apply to my skin. Even the lightest formulas others rave about make me look like a greasy reflective mess. I’ve spent years and years trying to find the perfect sunscreen for me to no avail. I’ve seen so many influencers online rave about this but I never really paid it much mind. But over time this caught my eye; I’ve seen people with the lightest of fair skin to the darkest of deep tones rave about the application of this. People with dry brittle skin, to people with oily congestion prone skin all seem to agree about the formula and performance.

I bit the bullet and decided to pick up a bottle of this, and I immediately had one major regret; not buying this in bulk. This is bar none my favorite sunscreen I’ve ever applied. It comes out a slightly tinted fluid-like cream that is moisturizing but lightweight and so incredibly silky soft. This is a hybrid sunscreen and usually any amount of mineral filters make my skin look pasty and my beard look grey and ashy. The way this blends into the skin is something that has to be experienced to believe. It makes your skin feel so perfectly moisturized but dries down to a natural velvet finish. I’ve tried formulas that also absorb beautifully but 1-2 hours later I’m so shiny and greasy looking. But with this, NO SHINE. It stays matte throughout its wear without being drying at all.

I do not understand how something so perfect can exist, and I really don’t find myself wanting to try any new formulas from any other brand. I’m still blown away by the performance of this every time I use this which is everyday. This is water and sweat resistance as well, although I stick to the Japanese formulas if I’m going to be swimming or at the beach, but as a daily for someone who lives in a hot and dry climate I actually look forward to using this everyday. This sunscreen is truly impressive. in addition to the high protection it hydrates the skin and is the perfect basis for makeup. It is a repurchase for me!

I typically use the Missha waterproof sunscreen, but wanted to try out a new one and this one is really great!

This sunscreen is very nice. It is not a big fragrance but it has some sort of a scent that is difficult to explain. It disappears in your skin and leaves no white cast which is amazing, and it has great SPF. It is a good texture and does not make my skin feel really oily or greesy. I wish it was in a bigger size though because I use it fast.

This sunscreen is basically perfect. Completely transparent, long lasting, doesn’t sting, doesn’t have to be reapplied. I’d describe the finish as “satin” so if you wanted to go matte or dewy with foundation it wouldn’t interfere with either look (and the formula plays perfectly with foundation). It feels a little heavy when you first put it in but that feeling disappears as soon as it sets, which it does within a minute or two. Subtle fragrance, not problematic.

This sunscreen was such a joy to use! Lightweight, no eye stinging and no white cast on my skin (light olive).
I do not wear makeup but I believe it would work nicely under foundation as well.

Unpopular opinion but korean sunscreens are always a hit or miss for me because they are rarely waterproof/sweatproof, and when they are - they are NOT light nor elegant formulations on the skin.

I seek water/sweat proof claims because of my dry eye syndrome, I can't risk sunscreen migrating into my eyeballs.😬🫠😭
For this reason I usually stick to my Japanese sunscreens (Skin aqua essence gold is my ride or die), but this one is a winner from Korea.

Brennt nicht und sieht unter dem Make-up einfach super aus. Vertägt sich mit meiner gesamten Pflege und Makeup. Er riecht toll und nicht nach Sonnenschutz.Ich habe Rosacea und vertrage ihn auch um meine Augen herum super. Meine Haut ist eher trocken und der Sonnenschutz ist bei mir Semi-Matt. Allerdings habe ich ihn für ca. 12 €gleich mehrfach bestellt.

I came to learn about this sunscreen from Dr. Julian Sass on IG. I am always concerned about sunscreens that leave a cast on your face. This product doesn't do that. Very nice texture. Leaves your skin semi-dewy. Doesn't pil. Plays well with other products. Settles in your skin really quick. Will definitely repurchase.

Acheté sur les conseils de BTYALY, cette crème solaire est un peu riche pour ma peau mixte mais elle est parfaite pour protéger mon cou et mon buste.

This is a hybrid sunscreen that is supposed to be waterproof. I haven't tested it out during strenouous outdoor activities so I am still reserving my judgment on that. Anyways it works as a daily sunscreen. It's got a lightweight non-greasy lotion texture with a semi-dewy finish, definitely not matte, with a slightly glowy look. It doesn't leave a white but there is a slight fragrance. Will have to use it more specially outside during summer before deciding whether to repurchase because it is quite pricey. There are more affordable Japanese waterproof sunscreens out there.

This is a great sunscreen, however, I think I was expecting it to be super weightless on my skin. It was somewhat weightless relative to other sunscreens I’ve tried but I still felt somewhat suffocated wearing it. I had no issue with the scent in terms of allergies. It smells like those moisturizers you get at fancy hotels. I really love the fact that it is water resistant which could be hard to find. I like the sunscreen especially considering it is water resistant. I could see why other people would enjoy it. However, I won’t be repurchasing it.
