I love all of hygge's products and this is no exception. I use this every morning as part of my morning routine. It has great absorbtion and provides moisture. I feel like it is helping improve my moisture barrier. will buy again and again!

I was amazed by how well one layer of this held hydration in moisture in my skin for a full day. Be aware that it has essential oils that may irritate sensitive skin. Strong citrus smell that quickly fades.

This is a great product when you don't have time in the morning but don't want to skin providing lasting hydration. My dry and flaky skin is well hydrated after use and the unpleasant tight feeling is completely gone.

This bifasic essence, hydrates my thirsty skin like no other. Also since it has a oily layer also i noticed Nourished my skin. All in all love it. Ingredients wise is awesome too.

I really like this essence, it is surprisingly not oily as I expected! I like the texture, it is very light. It calms my skin and gives hydration that I need!

very calming and relaxing - you could just use this on its own and not put on anything else in the morning. But you must shake it really well otherwise you only get the oily part of the essence which does not feel too pleasant

This product is the perfect balance of hydrating and moisturizing. It contains several extracts beneficial for the skin and also jojoba oil to moisturize.

My absolute new champion. Hadn’t heard about the brand until read about this product on fiftyshadesofsnails. God, I wish I’d found it much earlier. Works wonders for me.

My skin: 37 y.o., humid warm Mediterranean climat, if left to its own devices my skin is severely dehydrated, thin, signes of aging everywhere, especially around the eyes, pores in T-zone, almost no breakouts. Swimming pull doesn’t help either.

What this product does for my skin: it hydrates wonderfully and somehow evens out the skin texture and even seems to reduce the pores (probably because these two were symptoms of dehydration), the face looks MUCH younger, plumper, brighter- you name it.

What I do: I use it in a shortened routing (cleansing, toner, THE HYGGEE ALL-IN-ONE ESSENCE and cream), also I use it as an extra-hydration when I’m at the beach or swimming or taking a flight.

What else is good: the smell is amazing, gentle, I guess, mostly, bergamot; the texture is pleasantly oily (but no grease), packaging is simple and elegant and (!) the product is BAD-THINGS-FREE (no fragrances, no colorantes, no parabens).

100% recommended for hydration. Magic in a bottle.

This really helped me reduce the amount of skincare I brought with me while traveling!! I have dry dry skin so I still needed a moisturiser, but the oil really boosted my hydration! Love the citrus smell and it absorbs so nicely!

I have been using this for a month, I have eczema and psoriasis this doesn't flare anything up and makes my skin feel smooth and feel like it's retains moisture.

There’s just something about birch juice, it’s so hydrating. This is a biphase toner that is a Godsend for dry winter skin but never feels oily. Normally I avoid essential oils and prefer to stay in the $8-25 range but this is so good I make an exception.

The HYGGEE - Onestep Facial Essence (Balance) is useful for those mornings when I don't have time to do a full routine. I haven't found that it will take the place of a moisturizer, but I do use it in lieu of moisturizing toners/serums/oils. Smells good and doesn't have an icky feeling.

I have oily and sensitive combination skin. I really doubt it at first because I see the oil layer in the bottle. But it turns out to be my fave essence now because it absorbed all in my skin!!!!

I bought on Gothamista's recommendation and it did not disappoint. This toner balances and hydrates my skin and, during the summer, I feel like I can rely on this for several functions, thereby using less product. Feels lovely on my skin. I look forward to using it! I am about to buy my second bottle!
