I chose it because I am struggling with redness and dead skin cells and most of other cleansers are way too rough for me and just worsen my redness. this cleanser is so so SO gentle, it feels like milk on my skin. it doesn’t irritate my skin nor does it worsen my redness. It reduces my redness completly and my skin feels so SO soft afterwards and looks incredibly clean and smooth too. I HIGHLY recommend it. Not only to I love the cleanser itself but the packaging too. At first I was contemplating if it was worth the price (mind you this has half the product compared to non-grinding cleansing balm) but since YS has this on sale quite often I can accept the higher price. Definitely recommend this, especially for sensitive skin!
