fulovlbeen using it for 2 monthsDecember 14, 2024very moustizing and has a not so watery not so thick texture but kinda thicker so it’s more mouisterizing and I have acne prone skin and the infamous iam from rice toner broke me out really badd I had to go to a dermatology that bad, and iam still in my healing process , I didn’t notice any breakouts from this toner so it’s safe to say this is safe for me to use.
