I have trouble falling asleep and tend to toss and turn forever, but this really helped me fall asleep quickly and make me feel refreshed in the morning. I don’t think the pill tastes odd and the size is fine too.

Amanda HDefinitely works for insomniaNovember 5, 2024For the longest time I’ve had the worst sleep schedule out of my friends and it definitely showed 🥲After taking the pills (which don’t taste as bad as I was expecting) I usually fall asleep within 30minutes-1hour. I also struggle with occasional sleep paralysis but so far the sleep I get is restful and high quality! Honestly I’m not sure if this helps with weight loss. I have noticed that I’m losing weight when I take it but I have been exercising much more than before. Overall I will definitely repurchase and I’ve already recommended it to others who struggle with sleep :)

I did notice it helped a lot with my really painfull bloating all day, cause when i stopped taking them the bloating came right back! Please try them!

No nightmares, no waking up in the middle of the night, no groggy feeling in the morning. This does not make you tired. It just helps you to relax and be calm. I like these so much that I bought 2 more bottles.

Pour les cours en amphi, c’était top ! Ayant de sévère insomnies avec ce produit je me sentais moins fatigué ☺️
Sur tout ce qui est le reste, je pense qu’il faut soit l’utiliser minimum trois mois afin d’avoir un résultat et il ne faut pas oublier que chaque personne est différente donc les effets et la fonctionnalité du produit dépend de chacun !
