How can I get Free Products?

To claim a Free Product, your total purchase amount must meet the required minimum order amount (MOA) for the Free Product promotion in a single order, as stated on the Free Product's promotion banner.

• All handling fees are charged per Free Product claimed. Multiple claims of the Free Product will incur multiple charges of the handling fee stated in the promotion description.
• Some promotions may limit the quantity of the Free Product that can be claimed per order.
• Shipping fees will be charged based on the wholesale unit weight of the Free Product.

For multiple Free Product claims, the total purchase amount must meet or exceed the sum of the required MOAs. For example:
If two different Free Product promotions each have a required MOA of US$ 500, then the customer must reach a MOA of US$ 1000 in a single order to claim Free Products from both promotions, or a quantity of 2 Free Products from one of the promotions.

If two or more Free Products are claimed under a single promotion with a required MOA of US$500, the customer would be able to claim a maximum of 3 Free Products if the total purchase amount reaches US$1,500.

Why am I unable to claim some Free Products even after my order meets the required minimum order amount?

If the Free Product featured in a promotion is not available to be sold or shipped to your shipping destination, you will be unable to add the Free Product to your shopping bag, or the Free Product will automatically be removed from your Shopping Bag.

Why do I see an additional handling fee after adding a Free Product to my shopping bag?

For each Free Product you claim, you are required to pay a product handling fee as stated in the Free Product's promotion description . This handling fee will cover the necessary costs for ABW to offer these Free Products to customers.

Why do I need to pay an additional shipping fee after adding a Free Product to my shopping bag?

If you claim a Free Product, you are required to pay a corresponding shipping fee based on the weight of the Free Product, as the added weight contributes to the total shipment weight charged by the courier or logistics service.

How do you calculate the shipping fee of a Free Product?

The unit weight of a Free Product will be considered part of the total order weight, similar to how we account for normal products in your shopping bag. For example, if the order weight for normal products is 1700g and the total weight from a Free Product is 100g, the total order weight used to determine your shipping fee is 1800g.

I claimed a Free Product with my order but didn’t receive it. What should I do?

If you received your order without a Free Product that you claimed, we can help to reship the Free Product. However, if the Free Product is unavailable, we can only help to refund the free product handling fee.

The Free Product I received is defective or has expired. What should I do?

If you received a Free Product that is defective or has expired, we can help to reship the Free Product. However, if the Free Product is unavailable, we can only help to refund the free product handling fee.

If I'm eligible to claim a Free Product, can I exchange it for its value in cash or store credit?

Free Products are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or ABW Credit.

I don’t want the Free Product that I’m eligible to claim. Can I choose a different product and receive that for free instead?

No, you can only choose from the list of the Free Products provided to you. If you are not interested in our Free Product promotions, you can choose to decline your eligibility to claim a Free Product.
