So I finished my package of these supplements. I did feel lighter after the meals with which I took these pills. and lost maybe one kg. I think it’s perfect for cheat meal. it did not make my digestion faster. But did make my belly a bit flatter. it is definitely not a magic pill but it’s a good add to the diet. Would definitely buy it again!

this was a great product for people that over eat if you are trying to lose weight with this product you will need to workout as well but for sugar intake it’s very nice
