face republic - Full Bloom Sun Tint

I have combined sensitive skin, with an oily t-zone and hormonal acne om chin, cheeks and jawline. I want to cover up my active acne and post-acne marks, but I don’t really like foundation, because most foundations have irritating ingredients and can look cakey after a few hours and a touch up doesn’t really look natural. I tried BB-creams as well, but they also look cakey after a few hours and the products tend to cling into the drier post-acne patches. And, I really wanted to be able to re-apply sunscreen during the day, without destroying my make-up. So, tinted sunscreen seemed to be the best solution, since it doesn’t have harsh ingredients, protects the skin from UV-rays and gives a bit of coverage. I first tried this product on the back of my hand. It looked really nice and hydrated, but it feeled dry, so I was a bit hesitant to use it on my face, but it actually worked quite good! I think mainly because I have an oily t-zone. My skin feels good wearing this sunscreen. It doesn’t feel heavy or tight, I don’t feel I’m wearing it. And even though after an 8-hour workday I can see it build up a little bit in my smile lines, it’s way less obvious then when wearing foundation or BB-cream. And I love the fact that I can easily reapply this product without looking cakey. My acne isn’t worsening, so I can say it’s acne safe. The ONLY con of this product is that it doesn’t give full coverage, but it reduces redness etcetera. It makes your skin look more even and natural, it’s not like wearing a mask. So when you really want to completely cover up some annoying stubborn blemishes, I suggest using a concealer in addition.

This sunscreen leave a matt finishing after around 10 minutes since applied. It is tinted and a mineral sunscreen, the tint is good enough for me to cover my uneven skin tone except for the redness, it gives an overall brightness to my skin which is great. Doesn't really have any fragrance smell but the natural smell is acceptable, nothing bad. It leaves my face matt the whole day, sometime it can be too drying by the end of the day if i was in air-conditioned room. But it is useful if I was going to be outdoor/sweating.

looks like skin. is weightless. has amazing coverage and is so so affordable. i love it so much and take it everywhere with me <3

it works well as a sunscreen plus it doesn't break me out! the consistency is nice and is kinda like a bb cream and it also works kinda like one bc its tinted! all in all I really like it

Didn't realize it was a tint up sunscreen when I bought it, but I don't mind it; it whitens but not in a weird looking way. It has a nice consistency and smell (kind of herby). I use it when I need to lighten my skin tone to match some of my clothes.

this is a nice tinted suncreen that feels pretty much like skin.. it offers very minimum coverage but it's perfect..

makes my skin tone even and also acts as a sunscreen so it’s best for no makeup makeup look

Es zieht sehr schön in die Haut ein. Die Tönung ist auch sehr gut nicht zu dunkel oder zu hell

This is such a nice tint and I use this like a concealer but its not too much coverage which I like and it makes my skin look good

It evens out skintone, gives it that glow and sits pretty well on the skin throughout the day, when applying it has nice rosemary smell that goes away after it sets. The tint of the product i believe will suit a majority of fair skinned people. Simply recommend for one who don't want to wear no skin correcting product and have it in your sunscreen, who want glow and boost their confidence to go without makeup and look and feel better about their skin everyday.

Okay, I have tried a loooot of sunscreens from European drugstore to Korean. And I think that this is perfect. I have melasma and I was on the hunt of a mineral tinted sunscreen and unfortunately on the Korean market the options are very limited and on the European/ American brands those are very expensive. I love the natural color it gives, no white cast or orange tones. The finish at the beginning on the glowy side I thought about setting it with powder because I hate when my sunscreen transfers to my phone screen, but after it settled it dries down to a beautiful natural satin finish. The only con I see in this and it is not the most lightweight formula, if you like the invisible kind, and it takes a bit of time work it onto the skin, but it is worth it. I think it is a beautiful formula, great ingredients. Acne safe. And great price. There is not much coverage in it, as you can see in the picture all of my blemishes are visible, but I feel like it does provide a soft blurring effect.
