The best liner for individuals with tiny lids, oily lids, or barely-there lids. Line your lid, give it a few seconds and once it drys, it will not smudge! I use black when I want a more define eye, and brown when I want a softer every day look. Definitely a repeat purchase.

Ive always used the Heroine make gel eyeliner, it was the best eyeliner imo but since they reformulated it, it's not the same anymore... I was on a hunt for my new hg eyeliner and Ive found it! This eyeliner goes on waterline smoothly, pigmented, doesnt smudge and lasts pretty much all day.

This eyeliner is excellent. It produces the perfect width line for a natural look, draws on so smoothly/easily, and while I'm prone to smudging I haven't had any with this. I typically cant do any wings due to smudging/make up skills/not using mascara or false lashes, but this liner is shockingly easy to put a little wing on with. Never came across an eyeliner sold in the US remotely as nice as this. I have dark brown hair/nearly black lashes and got the dark brown color

Bought this after hearing good things and it definitely has staying power for Asian eyes. There is eventually the slightest smudging at the end of the day but nothing like other "waterproof" eyeliners I've used in the past. As this is the thinner version, it can be quite tickly or uncomfortable to apply as a tightline so the thicker version would be better if no precision is needed. Would be better if this was also blacker in colour.

I have EXTREMELY oily eyelids, like you could definitely deep fry doughnuts in them. I powder my lids before applying this, then set it with powder after it has set and I found it to be more long lasting than other eyeliners I’ve tried. Ofc it will eventually smudge since oil breaks down makeup but it takes much longer for it to smudge than other eyeliners. It has a very fine tip and the formula is a bit drier than other gel liners but I prefer it this way since it helps with the longevity and application as it doesn’t go everywhere like creamier liners tend to do. I was pleasantly surprised at how long it managed to last on me.

I found these highly recommended on Instagram and it’s highly ranked on Cosme. I found that they don’t budge at all on my oily lids (nothing has really worked so far, I end up with raccoon eyes at the end of the day even with primer).
I will say that I’ve forgotten I had it on and rubbed my eye - don’t do that lol it will come off (so at least it’s easy to wash!)

Great fine eyeliner, no need for me to correct the line and almost no smudging, even though I have a tendency to rub my eyes. However, the tip is quite fragile, so it can break easily. So only push it up as little as necessary

this is the best makeup pencil I ever used in my life, soft in the skin, full color, long lasting, I definitely recommend and I will purchase more of this in multiple colors

been using only pen eyeliners for over 3 years, and decided to try pencil one for softer and more sophisticated look.. need to train my hands again for pencil eyeliners but this one wasn't that difficult to use at all! plus, no smudge after wearing it for 10+ hrs!! :)

Purchased this liner along with another from dejavu. Color is nice but product is better for use on the eyebrows than using as a eyeliner.

I bought this because one Korean make up artist said that this was the best liner that she has tried because it didn’t smudge. It does smudge the only thing that I really liked about it was how thin it was. The colour wasn’t dark enough and I had raccoon eyes by the end of the day. I usually don’t have a problem with my eyeliner smudging up on top of my lids, but that’s what this did too. I’m really disappointed because this wasn’t cheap.

I had high hopes for this one but didn’t deliver.. I was expecting a lot but didnt work for me.. i bought this after watching an influencer claiming it to be the best. oh nooo it smudge yes.. not long lasting either i wanna cry.
