ren :]As a chronic skin picker - I approve!August 24, 2024I've had anxiety (and by extension, chronic skin picking) for years and years now. While this jar of blue cream won't be what stops that, I can say it's been able to help me reduce how messed up my skin gets by quite a lot. Usually, once I can feel the fact that my skin has been picked at and irritated, there's nothing keeping me from picking at one more bump - and then another - because I know it'll take a day or two before I even start to feel my skin healing. This stuff reduces surface irritation and inflammation incredibly quickly. I can put this on after picking at my skin intensely, and within 3-5 minutes my skin feels like it's at 90% of the health it was before I picked at it - making it a lot more difficult to let myself restart another session of picking. I haven't tried any competitors with similar ingredient compositions - and so I can't vouch for the fact that it's the absolute best option out there for what it does, but I can definitely say that it works well for me.

Michelle HaNew FavoriteAugust 20, 2024Love how hydrating and calming this moisturizer is, especially for sensitive, acne-prone skin. A little thicker than normal moisturizers so I only use this at night. Would be perfect to use after shaving your face or if your skin barrier is compromised.
