For more red pimples it takes a few days but I would say overall works v fast to flatten and control the pimples from growing bigger! Although just be aware that if you have dry skin this will dry your skin more! Like I said, I get a lot of small white pimples so I spot treat it in multiple area and notice those area starts to flack due to dryness
