arbruz22Works Great as a Balm TopperJanuary 28, 2023Let me start off by saying I get very dry lips, so I usually need to use more than one lip balm at once. What I usually do is I use this oil on top of a tinted balm to create more of a glossy effect. This is definitely light and nourishing, however it doesn't last, which is why I always use it with something else. Also, the idea of putting horse oil on my lips isn't really the most palatable thing which makes this not necessarily a ride or die for me. I do like it though.

As one of the main ingredients besides horse oil is mineral oil, I expected to not like it much, but then I kept using it and now even reordered. If you don't talk, the moisturizing effect lasts a while; but if you talk, it wears of quickly.
