it seems quite hydrating and may be better for under eye area than just the lid -
DaryaNot good for oily eyelidsOctober 24, 2022I was really excited about this combo of an eye cream and primer, but it makes a terrible primer. I have hooded, somewhat oily eyelids and this makes my eyeshadow crease and literally disappear within a few hours. As an eye cream, though, it is super nice and moisturizing, so I will use it up at night as an eye cream.
