This is an exfoliating water formula with Mandelic Acid, which works gently even on sensitive skin. Removing build up dead skin to enhance the effects of following skin care products, it helps even out a dull and/or uneven skin tone, and smoothens rough skin.Other ingredients

Aqua (water), mandelic acid, butylene glycol, panthenol, glycyrrhiza glabra (licorice) root extract, prunus amygdalus dulcis (sweet almond) fruit extract, sorbitan sesquioleate, centella asiatica extract, houttuynia cordata extract, sorbitol, glycerin, dimethyl sulfone, beta-glucan, chlorphenesin, sodium citrate, arginine, 1,2-hexanediol, ethylhexylglycerin, carbomer, peg-60 hydrogenated castor oil, sodium hyaluronate, natto gum.

this is just a wonderful product that I have never had. makes the skin moisturized and radiant. I will definitely order a second jar

I don't use this daily, maybe 3-4 times a week but it does make my face smooth.

I felt my skin smoother, it absorbs very quickly without being sticky. my skin gradually became brighter and I saw mild exfoliation.

this is great as a toner and gentle chemical exfoliant. it can sting a little sometimes when applied , but it’s never properly irritated my sensitive eczema prone skin so I don’t really find that a problem.

This has quickly become my most favorite thing in my skincare collection. I have been using it for about 3/4 weeks(less than a month). Started using it once a week for the first 2 weeks. And now i use it every 4th night as I have started a skin cycling routine. This is by far the most gentle exfoliant as it is a large molecule AHA. This is very important to me as I have acne prone and very sensitive skin. This means I have a lot of post acne scars but cant really do much about it cause my skin flips out with almost every active out there.


BUT when I tell you this gem changed the skin game for me. I noticed a difference in my texture after using it for the very first time but really starting seeing a difference now after 3/4 weeks of use as my acne scars have significantly improved. Another unintended effect is that the hyperpigmentation around and on my lips has significantly improved. I now experience less dry and peeling lips. Not sure if this is directly related to mandelic acid but I also experience less breakouts now.


I do admit that I use this with other actives in my skincare cycle (i use the K•Secret Seoul 1988 Serum Retinal Liposome 2% with Ginseng on retinoid nights) but this has made a huge difference cause I see it the morning after use. I have a very sensitive skin so on the nights I exfoliate I try to keep it simple as I still experience slight tingling on my skin with this. I use the Matcha Hydrating Cleanser from Blab to cleanse, then pat the mandelic acid into my skin(less sensitive skin can use a toner pad for more exfoliating effect). After that I moisturize with the Barr Centella calming moisturizer. However, I reckon people with less sensitive skin can use it in the same routine with actives like Niacinamide, Vitamin C etc(not retinoids). I will always repurchase and recommend this gem.
