I received a defective beauty device from ABW. Can I return it for a refund?

Defective beauty devices can only be returned to ABW for replacement and not refund. If you receive a defective beauty device, you may report the case to ABW with proof for our investigation. After confirming that the product is defective, we will advise you on the return and exchange policy or warranty service, if any.

What is the warranty period for beauty devices?

If a beauty device comes with a warranty, this information will be stated on the beauty device’s product page. In general, warranty periods for beauty devices are one (1) year from the date of purchase but this may vary per product or brand. Warranties do not cover damage from accident, misuse, alteration or repair. Please refer to the relevant product page under “Details” for more warranty information.

If I receive an item and decide I don’t want it, can I return it?

No, we do not accept returns of unwanted items for refunds, exchanges or other forms of compensation.
