JemVery impressed!September 20, 2024I have always used micellar water to clean makeup brushes and puffs before now, and wanted to try something a bit more cost effective as I use an expensive micellar water and clean my makeup tools often. I'm pleased to say I had no idea what I was missing out on! Just a few drops mixed with some water removed all the residual makeup on my brushes with almost no rubbing. Even some brushes I assumed were forever stained went back to their original color. In the past I spent a lot of time trying to rub product out of dense foundation and concealer brushes so I was quite shocked to find that even my densest and most congested brushes required very little rubbing. I was a bit skeptical at first and felt unsure about using this with my pricier MAC and Morphe brushes, but after trying it out I don't think there is any issue with using this to clean high-end makeup brushes.
