• It is an ABW customer’s responsibility to confirm the eligibility of products intended for sale on Amazon websites before they place orders for those products from ABW. As stated in our Terms and Conditions, requests for refund or cancellation will not be accepted after orders are placed.
• Certain brands and products are not allowed to be sold or resold on Amazon websites.
• Some brands and products cannot be sold or resold below certain prices due to price restriction (MAP/MSRP) requirements.
• Selling restrictions on Amazon websites are noted on the ABW website’s product pages under "IMPORTANT SHOPPING NOTES." Please follow these notes when planning your purchases.
• ABW customers will be asked to acknowledge and agree with any terms and conditions, including restrictions related to pricing and Amazon sale, during the checkout process. Please ensure that you understand and comply with these restrictions before confirming your ABW purchase.

If an ABW customer violates any terms and conditions related to pricing or selling, ABW reserves the right to stop selling to the customer and discontinue the customer’s account.

Will an ABW invoice be accepted by Amazon?

After placing an order with ABW, you can download the invoice from “My Account." However, we cannot guaranteed that ABW invoices will be accepted by Amazon. If you are an Amazon seller, we advise you to verify the situation with Amazon before placing your order with ABW.

Can you help attach my inventory labels (such as FNSKU) on individual products that I purchase?

We can, but such services will incur an additional fee of US$ 0.45 (originally US$ 0.55) per piece (the price for this service may change without prior notice). If you wish to use this service, you can add it to your shopping bag during the checkout process, and the service fee will be calculated and added to your order total. If you choose to apply this service to a bulk box purchase, we will attach the individual label according to the piece quantity in the bulk box and a US$ 0.45 per piece service charge will be charged. Please note that once you place an order requesting our product label service, you will be unable to cancel the service from your order. Please contact us if you have further questions or wish to discuss this additional service.

If I request ABW's Product Label Service, how do I send my FNSKU labels to ABW?

To speed up the Product Label Service, please follow these important steps carefully.

1. Send your product labels in a PDF file format.
2. Each file should contain only one product label even if you purchase multiple quantities of a specific item, e.g., even if you purchase 100 pieces of a product, you should send only one product label.
3. If your order consists of more than one item, please send us the different product labels in multiple files. To avoid processing delays, each please name each product label file accurately using ABW catalog numbers.
4. Please avoid sending product labels with long names. Keep product names within three lines per label.

Can you ship orders to my warehouse?

Yes, we can ship to designated warehouses (e.g., Amazon warehouses, FBA fulfillment centers, or similar).

Can I use my own shipping labels so my orders will be shipped directly to my warehouse?

Yes, you can. When your order is ready to be shipped, we will inform you of the dimensions and weight of your shipment so you can create your own shipping label and send it to us. We will use the address on your provided shipping label as the shipping address of your order.

How do I place an order for shipping to Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon)?

1. Create your order as usual and use any shipping address (your order won't be sent to this address).
2. Before completing the order, add a remark in the "Your Comment" field at Order Confirmation with the instruction "Ship to Amazon FBA." This will ensure that our team takes note of your request.
3. Shipping details such as the weight and dimensions of the shipment will only be available after our logistics team finishes packing your order. We will send these details to you via email once we have them.
4. After obtaining shipping details from us, you can generate the shipping label yourself. You should then provide this label to ABW by replying to the email that we sent you so our logistics team can arrange for the shipment to be sent to the address on your shipping label.
5. Once the shipment is dispatched, you should be able to find the shipment's tracking ID and status in your "My Account" details.

Can I request returns and refunds from ABW if I find that I can't sell ABW products on Amazon?
