JanetEarly HourJuly 27, 2024My first purchase from 3CE Blur Water Tint line and I don't regret it. I have pretty dry and thin skin on the lips, that are easy to flak and crack. But this lip tint doesn't dry out my lips and didn't give over tight sensation like other matte lipsticks. The application is watery and wet at first, but it dries down quicky and give you sheer, natural and matte finish. It is quite transfer proof and leaves good stain unless you eat or in touch with oil based subject. When I feel like i need extra moisture on my lips to us this lip tint, I would put a lip balm before, leave it on for a few minutes, swipe it out and put the lip tint. Then it is all fine.
The color Early Hour is muted rosy color, which is very pretty and natural on the lips. This is MLBB for me. But since the color is quite sheer and does not have a lot of white in it, it can appear differently depending on your natural lips color. The color can be buildable with more layers. It does not have purple tone, so it goes well with warm tone people. It does not look orangey either which is perfect. I really love it!! -

qq1974nice!April 3, 2024color is accurate to the picture. it's a neutral shade and very nice-- dries down quick and matte, but since it's a water tint, is a little dehydrating and will require lip prep before/after. but the tint stays quite a while, even after eating, and is really cute!

the only thing i don’t like is this shade looks a lot more mauvey and purple toned in person than in the pictures.
